Few genres help relax the mind and calm the body better than Ambient. It's no easy genre to master however, and requires careful planing and work. You did an amazing job putting this track together, and I'm becoming more draw in as I continue to listen. Really future sounding synths you used in here to help set the mood of the song. The muted, ducked drums were a perfect choice of any attention grabbing smashing that would come from more heart racing genres.

I'm adding this to my Chillout playlist. Thanks for a good add! This is professional level stuff!

Rhoder responds:

thanks dude, this means a lot.

I just uploaded a new tune that might tinkle your fancy. :)

Has a really chill out and relaxing mood. I find this easy listening music for night time, or when ever I'm tired. Good choice of sound effects and synths. Keep it up!

Has a good lo-fi, haunting feel to it. This is very reminiscent to certain Megan x4 or X5 tracks which I haven't stopped enjoying for the last 10 or so years. I didn't expect this to be my favorite, but this is great.

zktaichou responds:

Thanks for the review!!! You've just made my day for me. I've waited for such a long time for the first post here. I haven't heard of Megan X4/X5 tracks before, maybe I'll go check em out later =) AND THANKS FOR SCOUTING ME <3

This has a really good Andes feel. If you're not familiar, it's a region of people who make darn good pan flute, and other nice music. It makes me thing "perfect for a jungle scene". I would happily explore a 2D platformer to this song. 5/5!!

Step responds:

Awesome, thanks dude. I appreciate the feedback!

Oh man, the first thing I thought when I heard this : "Batman Forever". I loved that game on the SNES as a child, and that remains one of my top co-op games ever. This had that same level of heart pounding, suspension creating synths! This could be used for many kind of scenes in a flash movie, or even better used in a video game! The loop is clear where it begins and ends, but all in all sounds great. Initially this sounds like it could have used some variety, but not all video game music needs to be a dedicated chart toper track. This could have been used in a cut-scene, quick event, character introduction... the ideas are endless. Good Waffles!

Genclops responds:

Thank-you for the review! I am hoping it will get used by someone.

Really nice and relaxing. Everything used fits well together and brings a nice calming effect to the table. Good job!

The drum break down at the 1:01 mark really stuck out to me. I haven't heard anything like that for a long time. Killer track to start 2013. I liked the use of the vocal track starting around 1:40 onwards. Is that the freestyle sample? Either way, sounds really great. Awesome track!

ForeverBound responds:

thanks man :)
also I made the vocals by myself

Very good arrangement, no issues here! I always appreciate the very tasteful sound of older generation gaming systems! The arrangement is good! This is a rather calming song for me despite how fast it sounds. Everything is so crisp and clear, I could enjoy this falling asleep!

I give it a five. Metal is not a genre I actively look for, but this song is fantastic. I didn't play Golden Axe beyond the first few minutes of the game, but I know it's a genesis classic. Really good cover, awesome guitar work, and your drum VSTi blended well with the song and mixed perfectly. Good job!

Kogasu responds:

Well thank you for your review! Yeah Golden Axe is awesome. I haven't played it to completion but I always try to play it every so often. Great, I'm glad I did ok on the drums heh.

It was hard not to immediately slam the 5 star button after hearing the introduction, but I was able to fight the urge until the song ended (Well, not true, I 5 started this review before I started writing it.) The leading introduction was so solid, I'm at a loss for words. This is really good quality stuff! I liked the synths and arangement you used. It's hard to suggest any improvements for a song already this good! Around the 1:30 mark I heard this "tango"/ 8-bit sounding synth that added a nice atmosphere to the song. Damn this is good.

5/5/5 + Playlist add. I'll download this ASAP. Good work!

Lockyn responds:

Thanks so much! You made my day good sir with your heartfelt comments. ^___^ I shall (attempt) to return the favor!

Checkin' out your music time whoo

I want 2013 to be a year of new Audio portal beginnings. I'm going to be doing as many original creations as possible, with few remixes.
